New Citation in Adaptive Path’s Book

I got a message from my good friend Mariano Ferrario this weekend.  He was reading Adaptive Path‘s new book “Subject to Change:  Creating Great Products & Services for an Uncertain World:  Adaptive Path on Design” and found that they had quoted a paper I wrote with my professor and advisor from the ISchool, Bob Glushko.  The paper is called “Bridging the ‘Front Stage’ and ‘Back Stage’ in Service System Design”, which you can download for free here.

I thought that was a pretty cool email to receive : )  I guess I’ll have to pick up the book and see what conclusions they drew from my paper.
